Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from Oinei. If your purchase is not quite what you expected, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number. We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from Oinei and where proof of purchase can be verified.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials included.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Oinei cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your preferred refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
