Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping on all Hong Kong orders and free standard international shipping on orders over USD 199.

Orders under USD 199 ship for a flat fee, calculated at checkout.

We offer both in-stock and made-to-order jewelry. In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days, while made-to-order items typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks (or as specified at checkout). Orders containing a mix of both will ship together once your custom piece is complete. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

To help ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, all orders require a signature upon delivery. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Oinei is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we request that you email support@oineijewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
